Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services
The impact of untreated mental health and substance abuse is one of the most pressing concerns facing our state today. The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is responsible for providing services to Oklahomans who are affected by mental illness and substance abuse. Nearly half of Oklahomans with mental illness smoke cigarettes. TSET partners with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to promote tobacco-use cessation and promote tobacco-free environments among all behavioral health facilities and encourage physical activity and improved nutrition.
