Conference/Training Sponsorships

Providing Resources for Oklahoma's Health Advocates

A core value at TSET is collaboration and partnership. Conference training grants and sponsorships grants are available to assist in capacity building and training for statewide organizations that work in several broad areas including research, enhancing the provision of healthcare services, improving the quality of life for children and addressing the health and wellbeing of senior adults.

The TSET Board of Directors recently voted to re-open the sponsorship category with a budget of $25,000. We are able to award up to $1,000 for a single-day event and $2,500 for a multi-day event. Organizations are eligible to apply for a grant that can be used toward the expenses of a training event between now and the end of FY17 (June 30, 2017). The application must be submitted at least 90 days prior to the event or conference. Funding will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are planning a spring conference, it’s not too early to apply.

For additional information on how to apply, please contact Public Information and Outreach Specialist Whitney Dinger at whitneyd@tset.ok.gov or 405-521-4959.
